Dani Liem, BS, RN

A Pinellas County Resident for over 35 years, Dani is a registered nurse and care manager with a strong commitment to helping individuals and families navigate healthcare and aging life decisions with clarity and compassion.  She earned her bachelor’s degree from the University of Florida and later graduated from St. Petersburg College Nursing School as a Registered Nurse.

Dani’s work in care management is deeply personal.  She helped her grandmother remain safely and independently in her home until the age of 100, then supported her transition to assisted living, where she lived until she passed away just before turning 102.  She also cared for her father through the end of his life, honoring his wish to remain at home.  These experiences gave her firsthand insight into the emotional, logistical and medical challenges families face, along with the importance of having a knowledgeable advocate by their side.

Professionally, Dani spent 16 years working in a concierge-style internal medicine practice, partnering with the same physician until her retirement.   She helped patients navigate an increasingly complex and ever-changing medical system while supporting their autonomy and personal goals.  She was involved with care coordination, patient advocacy and served as a consistent point of contact for both patients and families.

Dani believes quality care extends beyond managing medical needs and must include preserving independence, honoring personal values, and supporting quality of life. Drawing on both medical expertise and personal experience, she provides proactive, personalized guidance grounded in clear communication and trust, helping clients and families make informed decisions at every stage of their healthcare journey.
